BRIEF HISTORY:

Nyeri Archdiocese is located i Central Province of Kenya. It was first evangelized by the Consolata Missionaries since 1902, on September 14, 1905, Nyeri was separated from Zanzibar and established as an independet Mission which on July 12, 1909 was raised to the status of Apostoic vicariate, with Monsignor Philip Perlo as its first Bishop.
